This Privacy Policy explains how Sunlike Study ("we", "us"), trading as Sunlike Study, handles personal data when you visit this website or buy from it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), delivery address and the items you order.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, and the reference IDs given by our payment partner. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any other payment credential. These are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp about an order.
• Usage data: if you allow analytics cookies, anonymous information about pages visited, collected by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, and to tell you about its status.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the website.
• To understand which pages help students (only with your consent).

Who we share it with

Only what each partner needs to do their job:
- Razorpay (payments).
- Shiprocket and courier partners (your name, phone and address, to deliver the parcel).
- Hosting and database providers that run this website.
- Google and Meta (analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal data.

Students under 18

Our books are for Class 10 students, many of whom are under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order and share their details.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and contact messages for 12 months. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for analytics, by writing to support@sunlikestudy.com.
